ALX Community Office Suites is a 17,000 square foot waterfront workspace that boasts 2 floors of 12 brand new turnkey Office Suites, 3 state-of-the-art Meeting Rooms, and two beautifully designed lounge-style spaces with accompanying kitchens on each floor. Each Office Suite, designed for larger teams of 8-30 people, comes fully furnished with desks, task chairs, and mobile filing cabinets. Many of the Office Suites also feature large floor-to-ceiling windows with sweeping waterfront views of the Potomac River and surrounding historic sites. Each Office Suite floorplan has been thoughtfully designed with a combination of Private Offices and Open desk space to support a variety of individual team needs.
