We are Donna and Rich McAlpine and we are Balance Management. After several years of test-driving different locations in BC, Alberta, and Queensland Australia, we arrived in Winnipeg in 2016 and realized we found our forever home. We were struck by Winnipeg’s history, beauty, and bitterly cold but oh-so-sunny winters. It also helped that we could afford to buy a house here. Balance Management works exclusively with this investment group. Being owners in both, we have full control over the buildings we buy, the level of quality of the renovations, and the ongoing management of the rental spaces.
