About
The Burlington Center was originally constructed by First National Bank in 1980 and acquired by Norwest in the early 1980’s. Wells Fargo succeeded Norwest in 1998. The upper three floors of the Burlington Center were developed in 1993-1994. The Garden Level and the 2nd Floor were expanded in 2014. We have enjoyed near 100% occupancy and a great tenant mix over the years. Our current tenant mix includes financial and investments, healthcare, multi-media, and professional. The building is secure with card key access.
Talan Properties, owned by Alan and Terri Gangestad, purchased the Burlington Center and Crosier Park Professional Center in 2005.
