The BXL Business Incubator (BXL) is a state-of-the-art incubator and co-working space located in the "Hub" on 3rd Avenue in the Bronx. BXL members have access to 24/7 work space, digital connectivity, office technology, conference rooms, in-house business, legal and tech support – and a diverse community of entrepreneurs – all on a flexible, month-to-month basis. Operated by BOC Development Inc., in partnership with NYCEDC, BXL provides modern shared office facilities and end-to-end support to help launch and grow successful new businesses.
