CityCoHo | Philly’s Nexus was founded in 2014 by Sustainability professor Max Zahniser, with the mission of amplifying the impact of environmental and social efforts in the Philadelphia region by networking the movement. We strive to be the best coworking space for values-based organizations.


CityCoHo is a Philadelphia coworking space that provides the infrastructure for established and emerging organizations seeking to change the world for the better. We are a community space that brings together environmentally conscious entities, emerging technology companies, humanities-focused nonprofits, and creative individuals.
