All Cre8ive NYC studios feature 12.5’ ceilings, and are equipped with hardwood floors, Wi-Fi, fluorescent lighting, and additional flexible lighting options via plumbing pipe and ceiling outlets controlled by dimmer switches. The studios are built with double framed and insulated walls, including 2 layers of sheetrock on each side with green glue and acoustic insulation to minimize noise transmission between rooms. Electricity is provided by 100% renewable energy.
