Home Projects is a Loja-based initiative born out of the need to provide the community with a space that integrates essential facilities and services for professionals, freelancers, and startups. The goal is to offer a collaborative environment that supports the development of individual projects, with all the benefits of a coworking space. Designed to help people grow and succeed, Home Projects offers a variety of flexible workspaces tailored to meet the diverse needs of its members.

The idea for Home Projects was conceived in December 2018 by Engineer Andrés Saritama, who led the planning and design phase. After the remodeling of the physical space and installation of coworking facilities, Home Projects officially opened its doors
