Our warehouse has been recently renovated to include office space, conference room, kitchenette, cool creatives, community space, and some other very exciting things! The building located in the heart of Jacksonville Beach is a well-kept, two-story office building, close to downtown Jax Beach, convenient to Beach Blvd, and 2 miles to Butler Boulevard. We are across from Wonderbird, ABC Liquor Store, Publix and are minutes from the beach, post office, and numerous restaurants. Our building is owned and operated by the same local founders of Void Magazine. All of our spaces offer a creative, friendly work-focused atmosphere, competitive rates in an amazing location!
