Innovation Station is meant to be used solely for business, research, community or philanthropic services or events. No other uses will be allowed. Staff of Cuming County Economic Development (CCED) will have complete and exclusive discretion and decision-making over what is an allowable use of Innovation Station and what is a nonallowable use of Innovation Station. If it is determined by CCED staff that something is a nonallowable use of Innovation Station the person or group undertaking the nonallowable use will be requested to leave immediately or at an agreed upon time date.
