Lift Bridge Main St-Stillwater

Historic 310 Main Street in Stillwater, MN was built in 1885. The building was originally home to the Giebler brothers, owners of the first butcher shop in Stillwater. They were mentors to John Wright ‘Jack’ Hooley, who went on to found what we now know as Cub Foods/Supervalu.


Current owners Jill and Justin Kaufenberg purchased the building in order to revitalize it, highlighting its local charm. Renovations were made to restore the original architecture and design elements of the building, exposing the existing brick and beam work and refinishing the original hardwood floors.
