Paragon Tower offers semi-open spaces where users can breathe with its four floor gardens supported by gastronomic and social activity areas, while also offering vertical green landscape elements to the city. Paragon Tower was built with many green solutions in mind as a candidate for the Green Building Certification "Silver" certificate. In the building that stands out with its energy efficiency, efficient heating and cooling systems were used with high heat insulation glass. The building was ensured to consume less energy with the smart elevator system and sensor-based general lighting, and less water with efficient water reservoirs.
