We are a co-working & shared services office (serviced private offices) based in Georgetown, Penang in Malaysia. Our 18,000 sqft space is housed in Livingston Tower, an upcoming Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) building, that is also home to MORE by Arang Coffee, Urban H Hotel, an event hall, a small but adequate gym (exclusive for hotel guests and building tenants – that means us! – only) and other local & international companies. Being in an MSC-status building means if you're an MSC-status company or are PLANNING on becoming one, you get to enjoy some extra benefits (like tax incentives!) thanks to the government & MDEC!
