At the Syndicate, the community consists in the fact that we both have a common place to go to work AND that we have a place where you can always ask others for help, input, sparring or bad jokes over lunch. The Syndicate is a place where we go to work. There are many opinions about what an office community is. And not least, who lives in such environments. And there are more of those environments than you might think. Also in Aalborg. Some are based on professional associations, where everyone works within the same branch or industry. Some are purely a place where you go to work, where you have nothing to do with each other.
