The Malin was set out to create a new kind of place for work. A neighborhood hub that inherently practiced community and offered members a sense of belonging.
The space needed to be everything that an office was not, to encourage a new kind of inspired work. It needed to feel a thousand miles away from a generic glass box. It needed to put members in the right state of mind to do their best thinking.
