Nashville Warehouse Co. is the city’s first large-scale mass timber project that lives at the center of a 5.2-acre ground-up redevelopment site in Wedgewood Houston.

This robust, mixed-use campus offers 200,000 sf of Class A office space, public pedestrian spaces, and an acre of communal green space 1.2 miles from downtown. The lawn features an outdoor bandshell framed by the original guitar-shaped scoreboard from Greer Stadium—former home of the Nashville Sounds.
